卞建強（1957年8月—），男，江蘇高淳人，中華人民共和國外交官，曾任中華人民共和國駐馬賽總領事和中華人民共和國駐幾內亞共和國特命全權大使。
1980年，進入中華人民共和國外交部工作，先後在外交部新聞司、駐紮伊爾大使館、國務院外事辦公室、駐比利時大使館任職。2001年，任駐法國大使館參贊。2006年，任外交部參贊。2007年，任中央外事辦公室外事管理局副局長。2011年12月，出任中華人民共和國駐馬賽總領事。2013年11月，出任中華人民共和國駐幾內亞大使。[1]2018年9月，自駐幾內亞大使離任[2]。
已婚，有一子。
