馮玲（1969年9月—），女，廣東豐順人，中華人民共和國政治人物。1991年7月參加工作，1995年5月加入中國共產黨。曾任廣東省人民政府副省長，現任全國婦聯副主席、書記處書記。
生平
1991年7月畢業於廣東司法學校法律專業。2018年2月擔任廣東省婦女聯合會黨組書記、主席[1]。2020年9月任中共廣東省直屬機關工作委員會常務副書記。2021年4月擔任中共深圳市委常委、統戰部部長，市政協黨組副書記[2]。2021年11月擔任中共陽江市委書記[3]。
2023年1月，當選為廣東省人民政府副省長[4]。同年8月，不再兼任中共陽江市委書記[5]。10月，當選為全國婦聯副主席、書記處書記[6]。
