切斯特·歐文·巴納德(英語:Chester Irving Barnard,1886年11月7日—1961年6月7日)是美國企業高階管理人員、公共行政人員、管理學理論和組織研究開創性著作的作者。他在1938年出版的具有里程碑意義著作《經理人員的職能》中提出了組織理論和組織中高管的職能。
