陳宗問墓道位於中國浙江省寧波市海曙區集士港鎮四明山村廟夾岙內，明代墓葬，目前墓道及墓前石刻破壞嚴重，牌坊及墓葬保存尚好，現存牌坊呈H形，立於墓道口，離牌坊30米處遺存有不同形置的牌坊殘件，其中柱頭1隻，另有半邊荷花紋柱頭，離牌坊後約100米處有墓室封土和墓碑，2010年9月公布為鄞州區文物保護單位[1]，2018年12月28日因行政區劃調整公布為海曙區文物保護單位[2]。
