長狄，亦作「長翟」，漆姓，是中國春秋時期的一個部落，屬於狄人的一支，因其人特別長大而得名，孔子說長狄是虞夏時防風氏、商代汪芒氏的後裔。長狄分布於齊、魯、宋、衛之間；一說流動於西起今山西平陽、潞安，東至山東邊境一帶。
