腎綜合徵出血熱（hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome，HFRS）是一種主要由鼠類攜帶漢坦病毒引起的自然疫源性疾病。引起腎綜合徵出血熱的病毒主要有漢灘病毒(HTNV)、漢城病毒(SEOV)、普馬拉病毒(PUUV)和多不拉伐病毒(DOBV)等[1]。臨床症狀主要有發熱、出血、頭痛、低血壓休克及腎臟損害等[2]。傳播通過接觸宿主動物的排泄物、傷口感染、氣溶膠, 還可通過蟎類等傳播或通過母體垂直傳播[3]。歐亞大陸是腎綜合徵出血熱的主要傳播地區，死亡率為12%[1]。
