簡·瑪麗·羅尼卡·魯吉列羅（英語：Jean-Marie Runiga Lugerero）是剛果民主共和國「3月23日運動」總統，[1]在剛果民主共和國東部反叛軍事集團首腦。[2]2012年11月，他率領部隊控制了戈馬，在烏干達舉行的非洲峰會敦促他退出戈馬，但是被他拒絕。[2]
