乳頭層（英語：papillary layer），是真皮的淺層，通過基膜與表皮連接[1]。乳頭層主要由大量的結締組織形成的真皮乳頭構成，可供給表皮所需營養物質，運走代謝產物，感受觸的刺激[2]。
