日本勞動組合總聯合會（日語：日本労働組合総連合会／にっぽんろうどうくみあいそうれんごうかい；英語：Japan Trade Union Confederation）是日本全國工會聯合會。簡稱聯合（日語：連合／れんごう）、JTUC 。日本勞動組合總聯合會是國際工會聯合會的成員。

聯合由1960-70年代的日本四大工會聯合會合併而成，是日本最大的工會聯合會。組織包括以全日本自治團體勞動組合（自治勞）與日本教職員組合（日教組）組成的日本官公廳勞動組合協議會（官公勞）為核心的日本勞動組合總評議會（日本社會黨系）與以民間產別為主體的全日本勞動總同盟（民社黨系）[1]。
