彭水根（1953年11月—），湖北黃石人，生於江西樂平，中共政治人物、中共黨員、軍事人物、中國人民解放軍少將。
2004年，任陸軍第12集團軍參謀長。2006年8月，任福建省軍區司令員。2008年2月，任江西省軍區司令員。2004年7月，晉升少將軍銜。2010年4月－2014年3月，任上海警備區司令員。[1][2]
