開放式基金（英語：Open-end fund）是一類證券投資基金，它可以在任何時候發行（issue）和贖回（redeem）任意數量的基金數額。投資者通常直接從基金發行商處直接購買，而非已有的基金持有人。該概念與封閉式基金相對應（closed-end fund），後者通常一次性發行全部份額，然後允許份額在投資者之間進行交易。[1]
