封閉式基金（英語：closed-end fund）是一類證券投資基金，是指基金發行商透過模型計算出需要發行的固定份額，持有基金份額的投資者不能贖回。[1]不過，基金份額可以在市場進行交易。這是共同基金最初的設計。後來共同基金髮展出了開放式基金的形式，後者的基金發行商可以在任何時候根據需求發行額外的份額。[2]
