國王陛下首席商業及貿易大臣（英語：His Majesty's Principal Secretary of State for Business and Trade），簡稱「商業大臣」（Business Secretary），是英國政府的內閣大臣之一，負責主管商業及貿易部。

商業及貿易大臣負責以下事務[4]：
沿革
1963年，亞歷克·道格拉斯-休姆爵士履任英揆，增設新職銜予貿易局主席愛德華·希思兼任，是為工業、貿易及地區發展大臣，惟1964年英國大選中落敗下野後隨即被廢除。當保守黨於1970年勝出大選，希思設立了貿易及工業策略部，並由貿易及工業大臣帶領。
自此，數十年來部門間作不同兼併，最後一次有關本職的變動發生於2016年，時任首相文翠珊分別將能源及氣候變化部併入商業、創新及技能部，並由此職負責、令其變成至今的職稱。此外，同時開設國際貿易部，使本職位擔任者不再同時兼任貿易局主席。

- 1970年 – 1974年：貿易及工業大臣（Secretary of State for Trade and Industry）

- 2007年 – 2009年：商業、企業及規管改革大臣（Secretary of State for Business, Enterprise and Regulatory Reform）
- 2009年 – 2016年：商業、創新及技能大臣（Secretary of State for Business, Innovation and Skills）
- 2016年 – 2023年：商業、能源及工業策略大臣（Secretary of State for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy）
- 2023年 – ：商業及貿易大臣（Secretary of State for Business and Trade）
