d4sp3雜化(英語:d4sp3 hybridization)是指一個原子由四個(n-1)d軌道、一個ns軌道和三個np軌道發生雜化的過程。原子發生d4sp3雜化後,上述(n-1)d、ns和np軌道便會轉化成為八個軌道,稱為「d4sp3雜化軌道」。八個d4sp3雜化軌道呈四角反稜柱形,各軌道的對稱軸之間的夾角大約為73.4°、77.4°。雜化過程中,能量相近的d軌道、s軌道和p軌道發生疊加,不同類型的原子軌道重新分配能量並調整方向。
