趨化因子CXCL7(英語:Chemokine (C-X-C motif) ligand 7,CXCL7)是一個人類基因[1]。其編碼的蛋白質為趨化因子(C-X-C基序)配體7 Chemokine (C-X-C motif) ligand,是一種CXC趨化因子類細胞因子,其蛋白異型體為β-血小板球蛋白或原血小板鹼性蛋白(英語:Pro-Platelet basic protein,PPBP)[2]。

這種蛋白在血小板活化時被大量釋放[3] ,能刺激多種過程,包括有絲分裂、細胞外基質的合成、糖代謝和纖溶酶原激活物的合成[4][5]。
