魯俊（1968年5月—），女，浙江常山人，中華人民共和國政治人物。1991年11月加入中國共產黨，1987年8月參加工作，中共浙江省委黨校在職研究生學歷。現任浙江省人大常委會秘書長，中共浙江省委組織部副部長，兼任浙江省人力資源與社會保障廳黨組書記、廳長[1][2]。
歷任共青團浙江省委常委、組織部長、副書記、書記，中共嘉興市委副書記、市委政法委書記、市委黨校校長等職。2010年12月任嘉興市人民政府代市長，次年2月正式當選。2013年3月魯俊任嘉興市委書記[3]。2018年7月，轉任浙江省人力資源和社會保障廳黨組書記、廳長。2021年1月，當選為浙江省人大常委會秘書長[2]。
