阿富汗和平進程

阿富汗和平進程是指自1978年四月革命以來，阿富汗衝突各方為追求停火而開啟的和平進程。^[1]

20世紀80年代中期至1992年，巴布拉克·卡爾邁勒和穆罕默德·納吉布拉政府在全國范圍內推行民族和解政策（英語：National Reconciliation (Afghanistan)）。 ^[2]

美國入侵阿富汗後，各方簽署了2001年《波恩協議（英語：Bonn Agreement (Afghanistan)）》。^[3][4]

在阿什拉夫·加尼總統任期內，阿富汗境內的非暴力抵抗運動十分活躍。2018年6月16日至18日，阿富汗政府軍與塔利班同時短暫停火^[5]。

2021年9月5日，民族抵抗陣線成員艾哈邁德·馬蘇德呼籲自己所在的組織的武裝人員與塔利班停火。^[6]
