郭新立（1960年6月23日—），男，河北安國人，生於北京[1]，中共黨員，中華人民共和國教育人物，曾任山東大學黨委書記。[2]
生平
曾任「211工程」部際協調小組辦公室主任，教育部財政部「985工程」辦公室主任，上海交通大學黨委常務副書記等職。[3]2024年1月，卸任中共山東大學黨委書記職務[4]。
