海南省公安廳安康醫院隸屬於海南省公安廳，位於海南省定安縣仙溝。該醫院是一所安康醫院，是對危害社會治安的精神病人依法進行強制醫療的專門機構。除了強制醫療外，該醫院還依法收治海南省患有傳染性疾病的吸毒人員，以及患有嚴重疾病但在訴訟期間不宜取保候審的犯罪嫌疑人。[1]
該醫院於2005年12月1日正式揭牌。[1]
