生平
前317年，秦國在修魚擊敗韓趙魏，他主張討好秦國，韓王卻依從楚國。他奉命韓珉出使秦國，請幫助韓國攻打魏國。韓國相國韓珉死後，韓辰繼任韓珉。魏國請求韓辰懲罰韓侈，說秦國尊重韓珉接納韓侈，韓珉已死，秦國不會為韓侈得罪魏國。韓侈把事情告訴了秦王，說自己要隱居山中。秦王任命他為客卿[1]。
