佘靖（1946年12月—），女，漢族，河北獲鹿人，中華人民共和國政治人物，中華人民共和國衛生部原副部長、黨組成員、國家中醫藥管理局原局長，第十一屆全國政協委員。
生平
1965年加入中國共產黨。2008年，當選第十一屆全國政協委員[1]，代表醫藥衛生界，分入第四十五組。並擔任教科文衛體委員會專委。[2]
