北势街（台湾话：Pak-sì-ke）是台湾府城的街道，因五条港中的南势港（或称北势港）之北侧而得名[1]。
北势街为今日台南市中西区的神农街东半部，即信义街以东的部分[1]。今日在神农街上仍有许多两层楼木屋。一楼为店面、二楼为货物仓库，是台南旧市区保存较好的老街。北势街上的台南金华府，是昔日码头工人的信仰中心。
