偏口蛤科（学名：Chamidae），亦作猿头蛤科，是偏口蛤总科（学名：Chamoidea）之下的唯一一个科，是海洋中一个双壳纲软体动物的分类。旧属帘蛤目[1]，自2016年起改属不等齿总目之下的目地位未定群组[2][3]。
