《矮子当道》（英语：Get Shorty，新加坡译《矮仔当家》，香港译《关人矮事》）是一部1995年的美国黑帮犯罪喜剧电影，由巴里·索南菲尔德执导，改编自埃尔莫尔·伦纳德的英文同名小说《矮子当道》。主演是尊·特拉华达、真·赫曼、蕾妮·罗素、丹尼·德维托。
续集为《音乐型人》，在2005年上映。
