本条目是第85届奥斯卡金像奖最佳动画短片奖的角逐名单。美国电影艺术与科学学会自1930年设立该奖以来，每年都会邀请各动画制作公司提交他们当年最出色的动画电影参加最佳动画短片奖评选。
所有被提交的电影必须于2011年10月1日到2012年9月30日期间在制片国家及美国洛杉矶作公开放映，而片长不得超过40分钟 (包括播放演职员表的时间)[1]。
