比弗大楼（The Beaver Building），又称1 Wall Street Court，是位于曼哈顿金融区的一座摩天大楼，曾是纽约可可交易所的办公地点[1]。比弗大楼由克林顿和罗素公司设计，竣工于1904年，共有15层。现在该建筑是一栋高级公寓[2]。
