树胶（英语：gum）是植物（主要是木本植物）分泌的黏性物质，主要成分是多糖和多糖衍生物，一般能溶于水。[1]桃胶、阿拉伯胶是典型的树胶。若植物的分泌物为树胶和树脂的混合物，则称为胶树脂（英语：gum resin）；若为精油、树胶和树脂的混合物，则称为油胶树脂（英语：oleo-gum-resin）。
