在计算机科学中，平行演算法（英语：Parallel algorithm），或并行演算法（英语：concurrent algorithm），是一种演算法，将计算程序分解成许多更小的步骤，并将这些步骤交由不同的运算装置，同时进行运算，之后将运算结果合并，求出解答。[1]与传统的循序演算法不同，因为它可以改善多核心处理器架构下的运算速度，而日渐受到重视。
