实邦加国会议席（马来语：Sepanggar），马来西亚的国会下议院议席之一，选区位于沙巴州内，于2004年创设至今，国会选区编号为P171。目前其下有三个州议席，分别是加拉布奈（N16）、达劳（N17）和下南南（N18）。现任实邦加国会议员为慕斯达法沙末，来自希望联盟 人民公正党。
