宋佩欣（英语：Sophia Song，1998年3月3日—）为美国女子篮球运动员，场上位置为前锋，现效力于台元女篮。宋佩欣出生、成长于美国洛杉矶，蒙特利公园人[1][2]。宋佩欣8岁时加入篮球队接受训练，大学获得全额奖学金效力加利福尼亚大学戴维斯分校，2020年取得心理学学位后前往英国就读曼彻斯特都会大学，并效力于英国女子篮球联赛曼彻斯特神秘人[1][2][3]。2021年11月宋佩欣陪著奶奶来到台湾[4]，曾考虑就读世新大学但因为超龄而破局[5]，第17季WSBL开放华裔球员参赛，宋佩欣加盟台元女篮，成为WSBL首位华裔球员[a][5][1]。2022年1月宋佩欣WSBL初登板，出赛4分13秒摘下1个篮板[4]。
宋佩欣的双亲都是台湾人[5][6]，篮球是父亲从台中移居美国之后结交朋友的方法[6][4][3]。男友为阿巴西[7][8]。
