内侧旋股动脉

内侧旋股动脉（Arteria circumflexa femoris medialis）为大腿上部的一条动脉，负责供养股骨颈（英语：neck of the femur）。该条血管损伤或阻塞可能会导致失血管性坏死（英语：avascular necrosis），而最常见的损伤原因则为股骨颈骨折^[1]。

解剖

内侧旋股动脉源自于深股动脉内后方，并沿著股骨头向内后旋。该条血管会穿过耻骨肌（英语：pectineus）以及髂腰肌（英语：iliopsoas），之后穿过外闭孔肌（英语：obturator externus）和内收短肌（英语：adductor brevis）之间。

有时内侧旋股动脉会直接从股动脉分出。

分支

该动脉于内收短肌（英语：adductor brevis）上缘有两条分支。

• 上升支（英语：Ascending branch of medial circumflex femoral artery）
• 下降支则会从内收短肌（英语：adductor brevis）下方穿过，并供应内收短肌及内收大肌（英语：adductor magnus），下降支又会成三条更细的分支：
  • 浅支（英语：Superficial branch of medial circumflex femoral artery）
  • 深支（英语：Deep branch of medial circumflex femoral artery）
  • 髋臼支（英语：Acetabular branch of medial circumflex femoral artery）
