优蚬蝶亚科（学名：Euselasiinae）是蝴蝶凤蝶总科蚬蝶科里的一个亚科，下级分类共有3个属，合共174个物种[2]，分布于新热带界[1]。

优蚬蝶亚科物种之特征为幼虫胫骨上长有的匙形的刚毛[3]。
优蚬蝶亚科包含了三个属，分别为优蚬蝶属、雅蚬蝶属和黑框蚬蝶属。最近的种系发生学研究指出，优蚬蝶属是另外两个属的姐妹群，亦同时是多系群，可见优蚬蝶属的种系发生关系跟另外两者重叠[1]。另外，白珂蚬蝶属及粉蚬蝶属亦曾经基于生物地理学数据归入此亚科[4]，但都因不同的雄性外生殖器型态和幼虫食性而后来归入古蚬蝶亚科的白珂蚬蝶族[1]。
