EoL-1

EoL-1是人类嗜酸性粒细胞白血病（英语：Acute eosinophilic leukemia）细胞系。在正常培养条件下具有成肌细胞 (myoblast) 的细胞学特征，并且通过多种刺激在表型及功能上分化为嗜酸性粒细胞。EoL-1细胞对于分析白血病细胞分化和恶性嗜酸性粒细胞特性的研究特别有用^[1]。

科研用途

有研究指出EoL-1细胞会被布拉地新（英语：Bucladesine）（Bucladesine）诱导进行细胞分化，分化为含嗜酸性液泡的细胞，并且表达着白血球介素3、颗粒白血球-巨噬细胞集落刺激因子受体CD95（英语：Fas receptor）及CD49d（英语：Integrin alpha 4）。 EoL-1细胞的分化往往会伴随著嗜伊红性白血球阳离子蛋白（英语：Eosinophil cationic protein）合成的增加。因此，EoL-1细胞是研究人类嗜酸性粒细胞功能及其调控的有用体外模型^[2]。2008年，有研究人员发现三丁基锡会令EoL-1细胞的活性以剂量依赖性的形式降低，甚至会显著降低EoL-1细胞与人类成纤维细胞之间的黏附力，并且抑制其在成纤维细胞表面的迁移能力^[3]。
