阿姆斯特朗-惠特沃斯（英语：Armstrong Whitworth），是20世纪早期英国一家主要的制造公司。其总部设在泰恩河畔纽卡斯尔，主要制造武器、船、铁路机车、汽车和飞机。其前身为1847年由威廉·阿姆斯特朗，第一代阿姆斯特朗男爵成立的W·G·阿姆斯特朗公司，拥有在艾尔斯威克的工厂，专门建造液压机械、吊车还有桥梁，其后开始制造阿姆斯特朗大炮。[1][2]

1882年W·G·阿姆斯特朗公司与造船厂查尔斯·米切尔公司（英语：Charles Mitchell & Co.）合并，成为阿姆斯特朗-米切尔公司（英语：Armstrong Mitchell & Company）。[3]它于1887年与惠特沃斯公司合并，成为阿姆斯特朗-惠特沃斯公司，扩展业务制造汽车与卡车。[3]
1970年代后旗下基本业务陆续结束，最后解散。
