肠锅（日语：もつ鍋）是日本的一种火锅料理，使用牛、猪的小肠和大肠为主要材料，起源于福冈县福冈市[1]。1990年代之后，随著肠锅的店铺开始扩张到福冈市以外地区，肠锅也开始普及至日本全国[2]。除了福冈市之外，下关市等地也有具自己特色的肠锅。
