真田赖昌（平假名：さなだよりまさ，？—1523年3月31日），是室町时代后期（战国时代初期）的信浓国豪族。现代他被推定为真田氏的祖先。虽然有多种说法，但据说他是真田纲吉、真田幸隆、矢泽赖纲、常田隆永、镰原幸定等人的父亲。
