晋靖侯（？—前841年），姬姓，出土铭文记载其名为喜父[1]，《史记·晋世家》作宜臼，是西周诸侯国晋国的第六任统治者，晋厉侯之子。
晋靖侯十七年（前842年），周厉王残暴不仁，周人将他赶出镐京，让周公和召公共同当国，史称“共和”。晋靖侯于次年去世，子僖侯司徒立。
