五分法身(梵语:pañca-dharma-skandhāḥ;巴利语:pañca-dhamma-k-khandhā),佛教术语,以五种功德法(guṇa-dharma)而成就解脱身、佛身也[1],即:
- 戒(śīla):身律仪、语律仪、命清净
- 定(samādhi):三三摩地 (空、无愿、无相)
- 慧(prajñā):正见智
- 解脱(vimukti/vimutti):作意相应所有心信解,已信解、当信解[2]
- 解脱智见(vimukti-jñāna-darśana/vimutti-ñāṇa-dassana):达成解脱,如实了知烦恼已断除,不复生起之智。说一切有部称为尽智[3]和无生智[4]。南传上座部注释书则以十六观智最后阶段的省察智(paccavekkhaṇa-ñāṇa)注解[5]。
“戒、定、慧、解脱、解脱智见”五身,是佛教圣者所成就“无漏五蕴”,与有漏的色、受、想、行、识等五蕴相对,不随涅槃而消失。
