中央海岸葡萄种植区（英语：Central Coast AVA）位于圣巴巴拉县以北，三藩市湾区以南，横跨6个县部分地区，占地100,000 acre（400 km2）的美国葡萄种植区。莎当妮占所有栽种的品种的一半以上。中央海岸葡萄种植区可以因应各区气候的差异再细分为多个产地（Appellation）[1]。
