色素失调症（英语：Incontinentia pigmenti）是一种遗传病，其会导致外胚层发育异常，引起皮肤色素受干扰，使皮肤表面出现螺旋样等图案。

遗传方面，其遗传方式为X染色体性联显性遗传疾病，致病基因位于X染色体的长臂(Xq28)上，又称NEMO基因。患者大多数于出生前已死亡。
