冈格尼尔（德语：Gungnir，也译作永恒之枪、昆古尼尔、贡格尼尔[注 1]），此枪是北欧主神奥丁的所有物。至于Gungnir之名的由来，有人认为是以声音表现出“贯穿”这个动作的说法最为可靠。阿萨神族和华纳神族开战时，就是由奥丁拿著此枪投出第一击。相传维京人在作战时，会由指挥官先向敌人投掷长枪，就是承袭自此。[1]当奥丁将此枪掷出时，会发出划越空际的亮光，地上的人称之为“闪电”，另一说法是“流星”。神话中记载，对著这一把枪发誓的人，他的誓言必将实现。这也许就是对著流星许愿的由来。[来源请求]
文学记载
在《诗体埃达》的《沃卢斯帕》中，阿萨神族与华纳神族二者之战争是由于奥丁将一根长枪抛过华纳神族头顶引起的，尽管不知道这柄长枪是否就是昆古尼尔。在《Sigrdrífumál》中，女武神希格德利法建议齐格菲使用具有魔法力量的卢恩文字。

其中“never stop in its thrust”可以理解成“在穿刺的过程中不会被阻挡”，符合“贯穿”的描述，但不具有“必中”之意。
根据《散文埃达》的《斯骗古鲁菲》，头戴黄金头盔，一身锁子甲，手执冈格尼尔的奥丁于诸神之黄昏带领英灵战士作战。然后，他会以长枪攻击巨狼芬里尔。[2]
在《诗语法》中有更多关于此枪的描写。昆古尼尔由侏儒按铁匠侏儒杜华林之命铸炼（即伊瓦第的儿子，Sons of Ivaldi）的，后来洛基从侏儒手上取得冈格尼尔，送给曾被他剃光头发的希芙作为补偿。[3]
