初始B细胞

初始B细胞（naive B cell / virgin B cell）系一类还未与抗原接触的B细胞。一旦与抗原接触，它就会增殖分化为记忆B细胞或者能产生能与刺激它的抗原特异性结合的抗体的浆细胞。与寿命不长的浆细胞不同，记忆B细胞不能产生抗体，但能够长期存活，并能在同种抗原再次入侵时，迅速增殖分化为能产生大量抗体的浆细胞和新的记忆细胞^[1][2]。
