三条公修（1774年9月6日—1840年10月2日），是江户时代后期的公卿；也是藤原北家清华家的三条家当主、明治维新后的太政大臣三条实美的祖父。
三条公修在安永三年（1774年）出生，是父母三条实起和井伊美子（蜂须贺宗镇女）的长子。安永四年（1775年）叙从五位下，历任侍从、右近卫权少将与右近卫权中将，在天明四年（1784年）昇叙从三位，位列公卿。
宽政三年（1791年）成为权中纳言，后升任权大纳言，也当过右马寮御监及近卫右大将，至文政三年（1820年）他出任内大臣。
天保十一年（1810年）他逝世，享年66岁。
