阿拉斯泰尔·坎贝尔（Alastair Campbell，1957年5月25日—）是一位英国记者、主持人。他曾在1997年至2003年担任英国前首相托尼·布莱尔在媒体对策方面的负责人，成功帮助布莱尔政权获得英国大多数平面媒体的支持[1]。

1957年5月25日，坎贝尔在英国西约克郡基斯利出生，父亲是苏格兰兽医唐纳·坎贝尔(Donald Campbell)，母亲是伊丽莎白[2]。当他的父亲成了当地的兽医后，坎贝尔的双亲便搬到了基斯利[3]。
