圣托马斯修道院（捷克语：Starobrněnský klášter）是位于捷克布尔诺的一座教堂。生物学家、遗传学家孟德尔曾在这里工作，他在1856年至1863年期间在修道院的花园进行了著名的豌豆实验。发现了遗传定律。现在修道院内设有孟德尔博物馆[1]。
