市冈肖恩（日语：市岡 ショーン／いちおかショーン Sean Ichioka，1991年4月3日[1]—），英文全名为肖恩·洋·辛克利（英语：Sean Hiroshi Hinkley[2]），日本男子篮球运动员，出生于美国加利福尼亚州洛杉矶县托伦斯[3]，他的父亲是美国人，外曾祖父为1962年日本棒球名人堂成员市冈忠男[4]。他五岁开始打篮球[5]，就读西托伦斯高中三年级时才加入篮球校队[6]，2009年高中毕业后曾就读圣地亚哥米拉马尔学院，但随即意识到这选择不适合自己[7]，2010年7月与栃木皇者完成签约[8]。
