豆苗广义上泛指豆类植物的幼苗，但通常是指可食用的豌豆苗。
豌豆苗，又被称为豌豆笋[1]或豌豆尖，即豌豆（Pisum sativum，又称荷兰豆[2]）的嫩叶。多在华南地区入馔，常见菜式包括瑶柱（或蟹肉）扒豆苗、豆苗饺等。比较有要求的还会再分豌豆的嫩苗（豆胚[3]）及嫩的豆茎两种食材。
