罗增斌（1967年10月—），男， 汉族，四川苍溪人。中华人民共和国政治人物。1990年7月参加工作，1993年6月加入中共，在职研究生学历，理学博士。曾任中共四川省委常委、绵阳市委书记。现任中共海南省委常委、海口市委书记。
简历
1990年毕业于四川农业大学植物学专业；2003年4月，任四川省林业厅副厅长；
2011年11月，任中共广安市委常委、市人民政府常务副市长；2013年2月，任广安市市长；2017年6月，任中共巴中市委书记；2021年2月，任中共绵阳市委书记[1]；同年9月，任中共四川省委常委[2]。
