底特律美术馆（Detroit Institute of Arts，缩写：DIA）是位于美国密歇根州底特律的一座美术馆，是美国最大、藏品最全的美术馆之一。其展厅超过一百个，面积达658,000平方英尺（61,100平方米）[1]。该美术馆的第一幅藏品在1883年入馆，现在藏品总数已超65,000件。

美术馆建筑本身是由保罗·菲利普·克里特设计的，南北两翼均用白色大理石砌成。它和它所在的底特律文化中心历史区（Cultural Center Historic District）已列入国家史迹名录[2]。
