《外星世界》（英语：Alien Worlds，新加坡译《外星世界》，港澳台译《外星人的日常》）是一部英国的纪录剧情片，由苏菲·欧克妮多担任旁白。使用CGI技术描绘，并透过由四集组成的迷你影集将事实与科幻要素结合，并通过将地球上的生命定律应用于想像中的系外行星，模拟出外星生命的生活[1][2]。该剧于2020年12月2日在Netflix上线[3]。
